We wanted to better support our users who may find it difficult to receive support over the phone while assisting patients coming in your clinics. The Live Chat feature will help you multi-task without interruption to patient care.

Live Chat is not recommended for in-depth support, where we would need to log into your system.
For further assistance, you would need to call the Help Desk at 604-637-6415 or 1-888-414-1629. If all support agents are on the phone, you can leave a voice message, which would be put into a queue; all our calls and voicemails are answered in the order they are received.
