Billing for Past Date

Overview:

If a patient had a treatment or purchased a product but was never billed for it, you will need to bill for a date in the past.  

Actions:

  1. Bring up the patient in Patient Information (Browse)
  2. Select Bill
  3. Change the Practitioner at the top if applicable
  4. Change the date of service to the original date the transaction was for
  5. Select the fee you wish to bill by selecting the binoculars beside code and right clicking on the fee, or by selecting the f-key up top
  6. If a payment was made, enter the amount and method of payment- if no payment was made, deselect payment box
  7. Save​
