Updating License Key

If you are receiving a message upon logging in stating that your license is going to expire in x days, it means your license key needs to be updated.  Please contact the HelpDesk to have your license expiry date extended, and then follow the steps below.

  1. Close the Scheduler and Patient/Reception windows
  2. Select Utilities, License Key
  3. Click Update
  4. Once the License window disappears, you can then use Clinic Essentials as normal

Please note, if you are on dial up internet you will need to contact the Help Desk to be updated manually. ‚Äč
